About UAVsynq

Built for the operators who run
more than a single drone.

We started UAVsynq in 2024 because every enterprise drone program we'd seen was running 20 aircraft on tooling built for one. The coordination layer — the thing that turns a fleet into a program — didn't exist.

The Problem We Saw

40 aircraft. 40 SD cards. One exhausted operations team.

We watched an energy company run an 18-drone transmission line inspection program. Each aircraft had a manually created flight plan. Operators had to radio each other to avoid altitude conflicts. At the end of the day, 18 SD cards went into 18 laptops for manual download.

The technology to coordinate these aircraft automatically existed in defense applications. It didn't exist for commercial enterprises that needed it now, without a $3M integration project to get there.

UAVsynq is our answer to that gap. A mission-coordination platform that an operations team can deploy in weeks, not years.

The Team

Built by operators and engineers who've been in the field.

TH

Travis Holloway

CEO & Co-Founder

Led enterprise drone programs at infrastructure inspection firms before co-founding UAVsynq. Spent four years managing multi-drone operations across utilities and construction verticals.

PN

Priya Nanda

CTO & Co-Founder

Former avionics software engineer who built flight management systems at an aviation systems firm. Designed UAVsynq's deconfliction engine and real-time telemetry architecture.

MO

Marcus Osei

Head of Customer Success

Former drone operations director at an energy infrastructure firm, where he managed an 18-drone inspection program across 6,000 miles of transmission corridor. Knows the problem UAVsynq solves from the inside.

LK

Lena Karol

Lead Sensor Systems Engineer

Aerospace systems background with a specialization in multi-sensor fusion and real-time data pipelines. Designed the UAVsynq sensor ingestion architecture supporting thermal, LiDAR, multispectral, and gas sensor payloads.
